Cancellation Policy

By booking your slot, you are responsible for reading and agreeing to the following policy: Turnaround Time Standard turnaround time is 14 business days (2 weeks). Express services are available upon request for faster completion. Deposits & Payments A $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your spot for any service. Deposits can be paid via Zelle, Cash App, or cash. This deposit will be applied to your service balance. The slot you book represents the day you drop off your hair and pay your balance. For out-of-state or international clients, the slot booked is the date by which your hair must arrive. Final payment is due on the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods are cash or Zelle only (no exceptions). Appointments & Cancellations Your appointment date is the day your unit construction begins. If you do not cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, you will be prohibited from booking future appointments. Please be considerate of our time. Order Changes & Issues Any changes to your order must be communicated on the day of your appointment. There are no refunds or exchanges on any services. Any issues with sizing must be reported within 2 days of receiving your unit. Concerns raised after 2 days will not be honored.
