Welcome to Majesty’s Wigs! By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please review them carefully before placing your order or booking a service.

General Use of Website

By accessing this site, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on this website. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Orders, Deposits & Payments

All orders are processed securely through Wix Commerce.
A $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your service appointment. Deposits are payable by Zelle, Cash App, or cash and are applied toward your final balance.
For local appointments, the date you book is the date you drop off your hair and pay your balance.
For out-of-state or international clients, the booking date is the date your hair must arrive by mail.
Final payment is due on the day of your appointment. Accepted forms are cash or Zelle only (no exceptions).
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Processing & Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround time is 14 business days (2 weeks).
Express services may be available upon request for faster processing.
Lace items are made to order. If out of stock, they require an additional 5–7 business days to prepare.
During sales events and holidays, processing may take an additional 3–5 business days due to high volume.

Sizing & Customization

Precise measurements are not required. Clients should know their head circumference and choose from sizes Small, Medium, Large, or Extra Large.
If you have a significant amount of natural hair, we recommend selecting one size up.
Each unit comes with an elastic band for extra security.
If you would like your lace pre-cut, please email us with your request. (Not available for lace frontal orders.)
Any changes to your order must be communicated on the day of your appointment.

Appointment Policies

Your appointment date is the day your unit construction begins.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to cancel on time may result in being banned from making future appointments.
Any sizing issues must be reported within 2 days of receiving your unit. Concerns submitted after 2 days will not be honored.

Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs on this site are the property of Majesty’s Wigs LLC.
You may view or print pages for personal use, but you may not republish, resell, duplicate, or redistribute content without written permission.

Comments & Reviews

Customers may post reviews or comments. However, offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content will not be tolerated and may be removed.
By posting, you grant Majesty’s Wigs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for promotional or marketing purposes.

Privacy & Security

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Transactions are processed securely via Wix Commerce and comply with PCI-DSS industry standards for payment security.

Legal Compliance

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to use our services.
